** All contents of this archive is HX’s property.

** Archive content should not be used commercially without an explicit agreement with HX for each case.

** All materials in the archive must be credited. Credits must be in the following format: Photographer's name/HX.

** Where applicable, please include a hyperlink to www.travelhx.com 

** Archive content cannot be disclosed to third parties or stored in separate databases.

** The contents of the archive shall not be manipulated or changed beyond normal correction and cropping, without an explicit agreement with HX for each case.

** Terms of use for HX's media archive apply to all platforms and publishing outlets including, but not limited to, both traditional and social media, blogs and other publications.
